Haven at Lewisville Lake knows that furry friends are just as much part of the family as anyone.
Pet Non-Refundable Fee $250 for the 1st pet, $250.00 Non-Refundable fee for the second pet. Monthly pet rent is $15.00 per pet. 2 Pet limit. No weight restrictions. Breed Restrictions:
Pets will be subject to visual inspections. Resident(s) agree to comply with all community policies and will be required to sign a separate Animal Addendum. No aggressive breeds will be accepted. The following breed and/or mix breeds are prohibited:
Akita, American Bull Dog, American Pit Bull Terrier, American or Bull Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Mastiff, Cane Corso, Chow, Dalmatian, Doberman Pincher, Dogo, German Shepherd, Husky, Malamute, Neapolitan Mastiff, Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Spitz, Stafford Terrier, Presa Canarios, Toso Inu and Wolf-Dog Hybrid. Breed, size, weight and number limitations and fee and deposit requirements will not apply to assistance animals.
